Stamp Order

All stamps are sent by First Class Post the same day provided your order is received by 4pm. If your order is received later we try to send the same day but this is not guaranteed. We recommend you keep an extra days stock in hand to allow for postal delays. There are always postal delays of 4-5 days in the weeks before Christmas.

If you have already Registered with a USERNAME and PASSWORD (and the account has been activated) please go to ACCOUNT LOGIN - then go to BUY ONLINE. Your purchases accumulate on the top right hand side of the screen. When you have finished shopping click on SHOW CART and your purchases appear in the centre of your screen. Any alterations to quantity can be made here. Then click on CHECKOUT, leave any note required/ purchase order number, agree to our terms and click on CONFIRM. A green tick indicates your order has been successful. If not and you can't resolve yourself, please ring us on 01392 811677.

If you need to change any of your details please go to ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE after you have logged in.

If you have don't have a USERNAME or PASSWORD don't go to 'Account Login' - this only works when your Account has been activated - Go to 'Register'. You will need to choose your own unique user name and your own password. Please make a note of these and make sure that everyone who needs to order stamps in your absence knows the user name and password too. Once you have registered, you will need to wait for a confirmation email that will be sent to the email address you gave, then click on the link to activate the account. Please ensure that you spell your email address correctly. When the account has been activated, you will need to log in with your USERNAME AND PASSWORD and then proceed as above. The confirmation email should arrive quite quickly, within a minute or so.
